Ray Slater & Associates Pty Ltd (RSA) is a Brisbane-based geological services company, established in January 2006. RSA provides a range of services to exploration and mining industry clients, specializing in tenement management and administration, statutory reporting, and exploration management and support.
RSA applies its own in-house intellectual property (SmartMan) to monitor and track exploration and mining tenement statutory compliance obligations ensuring that the tenements which it manages and monitors on behalf of clients meet all required deadlines, payment, reporting, relinquishment and renewal obligations imposed by relevant mining industry and other legislation.
RSA also provides a range of exploration management services. This includes research and desk-top evaluation studies, target selection, preparation of tenement applications, Native Title and landowner negotiation, logistics and planning, on-site exploration management, site rehabilitation works, drafting and other technical reporting.
Currently, RSA manages a significant number of coal exploration projects in regional Queensland.
RSA staff disciplines and competencies include geologists, field assistants, logistics and project planning, environmental science, database and IT , administrative support, and safety and health personnel.
In addition to tenement administrative, compliance reporting, and exploration management services, RSA provides a range of environmental management and site monitoring services, as well as complete occupational health and safety systems for exploration.
RSA employs a HSEC Manager with Queensland Mines Department Board of Examiners-approved "Site Senior Executive" (SSE) qualification.
